Dr. Heather is delighted to announce the launch of Functional Medicine group appointments, designed to lower the cost barrier while fostering a supportive and collaborative healing environment. Our inaugural series will focus on navigating Perimenopause and early menopause through the lens of Vitality Medicine.

Here's what you can expect:

• A series of 2 mandatory meetings ($75 each), followed by ongoing monthly support sessions featuring guest speakers and more.

• All meetings will be recorded for your convenience.

• Dr. Heather is currently in development mode, inviting participants to provide feedback on the vision of this unique healing community experience.

Each session will run for 1.5 hours and cost just $75 (compared to the regular private appointment rate of $225 per hour). With a limited number of spots available, our intimate group setting ensures ample time for personal interaction and valuable information sharing.

The first meeting: General overview, group intake and sharing, introduction to the key players of your hormonal and physiological health. Blood sugar discussion. Order your labs.

Second meeting: Review blood work as a group. Learn more about the key players and how they directly relate to you and your own health, and create a wellness supplement protocol if needed.

Hormone testing will be required and we provide affordable options, or you can have it covered through your insurance.

Those participating in the small group appointments will be invited into our Vital Perimenopause cohort and join our monthly meetings with special speakers, a private online group, and more!
